“LIGHT surprised me. It was enjoyable and it gave me practical tools to manage the chronic pain and stress of living with an autoimmune disease. I continued to feel the benefits long  term.

A Lifetime of Possibilities.

My Path to LIGHT

For the past 13 years, I have lived with Chronic Lyme disease. It has challenged me in ways I never could have imagined, forcing me to confront pain, uncertainty, and the loss of the life I once expected.

Along that journey, I also faced pain-medication addiction; a chapter that taught me that true healing isn’t about escaping discomfort, but learning how to be present with it.

Today, I don’t believe healing always means the absence of symptoms. Sometimes healing is learning how to create peace within them.

Through my own search for wellness, I discovered the transformative power of light. Light became more than a therapy - it became a practice. It taught me how to slow down, reconnect with myself, and find beauty even on the hardest days. It helped me create something that belongs entirely to me: an inner sense of peace, a place I call my own heaven on earth. No illness, circumstance, or person can take that away.

My mission is not to promise cures or perfection. It is to share the practices, tools, and hope that helped me reclaim my life from suffering. I believe we all have the ability to cultivate resilience, reconnect with ourselves, and experience moments of light even in the midst of darkness.

If my journey can help someone else feel less alone and more empowered in their own, then every step has been worth it.
